You know, I'm more settled these days. Things are getting clearer. More settled. Know what are the things that I can put my heart in. Be it the area of growth or my studies.
And my friends are all turning 21, the girl friends that is :)
Below are some pictures from my neighbour's 21st Birthday. Hannah Hannah Hannah. That girl! She's really grown into a beautiful, matured women, stepping into a new phase of life!! So exciting.
She's been my neighbour years since our primary school days. I was only closer to her during from our jc days. It boils down to the regular jogs and study sessions together till the weeeee hours in the morning!
All the other friends are her friends from Jurong JC. I happened to join them for some of their activities, and we became close friends! I remember the last time we came together was exactly a year ago when we celebrated Hannah's 20th birthday. We rarely meet up as a whole group. But you know some friends, simply see each other around either in school or at a camp or when we jog, we somehow get to catch up with one another and ask about each other. A little effort amounts to a lot! And of course, as a group, there's this thing that draw us close. They are a real lovely bunch :)
This picture was taken when the birthday girl was busy taking pictures with her other friends. Like a wedding photo right? Cause of the flowers... hahaha..
And this is the door gift! A caterpillar! She came out with the idea and made the design all on her own! It has a meaning to it too you know.
Black = for the sins in our lives
Red = for the precious blood of Jesus to wash away all our sins
White = for us to be washed as pure as snow
Yellow = and God has prepared for us an eternal place for us in heaven
Green = we just need to grow in Him :)
This is the third of the 21st birthday parties I attended so far... so many more to gooo.. so exciting!! But what's more exciting is to witness how my friends have grown :) and walk with them into their 21st with hope from the Lord.
hmmm... mine is super super farr.. still have one more semester to go till it comes. But I'm looking forward to it. yay!
